MONK of www.MONKSCRAPPIE.com wishes everyone a Happy New Year. He stated the locals are saying that the crappie seemed to be suspended in holes close to structure fifteen foot down in twenty to twenty five foot of water and are being caught using minnows straight lining. However a few fishermen are still catching a few crappie slow trolling Wow grubs and Slider worms using 1/8 ounce heads in neutral or chartreuse colors, along old river beds in 11 to 13 feet. Monk carries all of your favorite jigs, trailers, grubs, poles and crappies reel, plus many other crappie fishing items.
